We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. Ohr Lighting accepts returns on most products* within 30 days of receipt.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-855-553-4199 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Shipments must be initiated within 7 days of approval.
Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us.
Accounts will be credited within 5 days of receiving the product.
All Items must be unused and in their original condition. 30% restocking fee will be charged for any return that is received in damaged or used condition. Please be sure to pack the container well, as our merchandise can break during transport.
*Breath and Fused collections:
We regret that due to the custom-made nature of these items, returns are not possible at this time.
DAMAGED & DEFECTIVE GOODS
All claims regarding damaged goods, shortages and wrong color or size must be made to our Customer Service departments at email@example.com within 3 days of receipt, and must be accompanied by clear photos or videos. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.
An exchange is available for items that are received in damaged or defective condition only.
CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER
We understand that sometimes there is a need to cancel an order. If you'd like to make any changes or cancel your order, email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you. Orders must be cancelled within 48 hours.
